Two examples of addictive psychology representation in the cinema: “L’Histoire d’Adèle H.” and “Place Vendôme”
Annotation
The article analyses cinematic artistic means which represent the unconsious roots of psychological addiction in cinematography. We show how psychological reasons for an escape from reality, autodestruction, and abnormal attractions are depicted in “L’histoire d’Adèle H.” (1975) and “Place Vendôme” (1998).
