The article discusses the method of information nature understanding as the dialectic unity of «form-content», where the content (category of difference) is represented according to some meaningful conception as the form. Following investigation of the result in the context «universal-singular» allows to state that the nature of information relates to the actualization of the singularity of the formed difference. The flux of the «formed difference» as a being process makes the reason for considering it as an information process.
