On March 10, 2023, the day of memory of Metropolitan Vasily Petrovich, a prominent government, public and cultural figure of Montenegro, the Russian Christian Humanitarian Academy hosted the international socio-scientific forum "Balkan Dialogue 2023: Montenegro — Russia", which was attended by teachers of the Department of Russian History and students of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Patrice Lumumba, Russian State Agricultural Academy named after F. M. Dostoevsky University, St. Petersburg State University (Balkan Center of St. Petersburg State University), the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, St. Petersburg State Agrarian University, Belgorod State Technological University named after V.
