Annotation

The attitude of a number of researchers to work, its relationship with the economy of the future and cultural genesis has been studied. According to the author, the link between culture and the economy is liberated, creative labor: as a condition for the development of the economy, on the one hand, and as a source of culture, on the other. Particular attention is paid to the antinomianism of Russian culture as the ability to find logically equal justifications for contradictory statements about the same object. It refers to the political system, economic relations, legal institutions, moreover, it has deep historical roots. The author believes that a society is socially just, in which, through the norms of the current law, the right to work is ensured, as well as to its decent pay.
