THE IDEA OF THE GOODNESS IN RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHY OF THE 19TH-20TH CENTURIES

Annotation

The knowledge of Truth in tradition of Russian is seen as closely connected with the social implementation of Good, and this concept is realized in the idea of Christian culture, which becomes a key link in the philosophy of V. S. Solovyov, N. A. Berdyaev and I. A. Ilyin. The path of Russian reflection seriously differs from Western images of the interpretation of Truth and Good, when the need for external orderliness of being in accordance with the ideals of law is assumed. The Russian tradition thinks of Good as “entelechy”, which should be expressed in the creation of the fruits of culture. From the perspective of reflection on the nature of the Good and Truth, we can also conclude that for the Russian philosophical tradition, the path to the realization of the Good in the practice of being is closely connected not only with Christian culture, but specifically with the national Christian culture. And in this sense, the national idea in Russia turns out to be identical with the religious or axiological.
