FEATURES OF TRANSCENDENTAL AND IMMANENTAL PROTECTS IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE XX—XXI CENTURY
Annotation
The article investigates important aspects of transcendent and immanent approaches in XX century philosophy, presented by the concepts of such philosophers as M. Hardt, A. Negri, K. Schmitt, K. Lefor, Ch. Muff and E. Laklau. Hardt and Negri consider the process of secularization, which led to the renunciation of divine authority, as a key condition for the formation of modern philosophical and political discourses. The origins of this approach are in earlier thought by Duncan Scott, who asserts the importance of separating philosophy and theology. Hart and Negri argue that effective governance is possible only when the legal and ethical aspects coincide, and society’s core is formed through the joy of joint action. This approach is not in line with the theory of K. Lefor, who believes that in a society it is necessary to merge public and private leads to totalitarianism, and, following K. Schmitt, builds a transcendental model of society. The solution of this contradiction is seen by the author in the concept of hegemon Ch. Muff and E. Laklau.
